About the Role
A Meter Reader is an essential role within Electrovers Corporation, responsible for recording and collecting data from various types of utility meters, such as those measuring electricity and water consumption. The information collected by meter readers is crucial for billing customers accurately and ensuring the proper functioning of utility services.
Qualifications
Personal Qualification
High school graduate, to submit high school diploma, but preferably with one year of college education
Age of 18 and above
Minimum height of 5'0'' above
Visual Activity of 20/20
Permanent Resident nearby Rizal Province
Job Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of utility meter systems and terminology
Ability to accurately read and record meter readings from various types of utility meters
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of meter readings
Ability to detect irregularities or discrepancies in readings and report them to supervisors
Physical fitness and ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods, especially in outdoor conditions
Ability to lift and carry equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, especially when dealing with equipment and hazardous environments
Ability to report any issues or concerns to supervisors or appropriate departments
Dependability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills to record and submit meter readings using electronic devices or systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve simple technical problems related to meter reading or equipment
